Nice sized master bedroom. Quiet in terms of noise from the street:

Neighbors can be excessively loud. Building has some issues with mice and bugs. Dirty tenants.

More excessive actions towards people who are too loud without considering their neighbors

When you’re charging the amount of rent you do, you building should be adequately repaired and cleaned, but instead the conditions are horrible..
