Fine, just fine!
Pros
Rent-stabilized, friendly neighbors, large apt, good location
Cons
Management is responsive but not always super keen on helping to fix things. Heat and hw paid by tenant... across the street from hospital and close to firehouse which both are causes for noise at night .

Common areas could be nicer

I like that the landlord generally left us alone
Cons
Major repairs were neglected and ignored - leaks, walls, doorbell/intercom system. No emergency contact given. Many problems getting mail/deliveries
