Good apts for under $3000 but landlord is a slumlord
Pros
Apt details for 3R only - Good apt with minimal maintenance issues and pretty responsive management - There is a roof but its not good to throw party - Building is relatively clean
Cons
- Landlord is top 10 slumlord; crazy rent increase and tenant harassment; lots of violations and issues for the building that don’t really concern tenants but are annoying to deal with - The walls/ ceilings are thin; some neighbors can get excessive with their complaints - Apt doesn’t have microwave or kitchen ventilator
Advice to the owners
Stick to legal practices and be nice to your tenants so you can save yourself from legal/financial problems
