Aging owner, new management

Location, charming features such as tin ceilings, picture frame molding, bay windows, high ceilings
Cons
Our apartment hadn’t been renovated for many years. Tiny weird bathroom with a short tub. Small bedroom. Original wood floors in need of repair.
Advice to the owners
The building changed management as we were moving out. Advice would be to address deferred maintenance and increase pest control.
