Quiet Gem in Upper Manhattam
Pros
The building is quiet, with only 8 units, most of which are occupied by families. Everyone is friendly and issues are generally quickly addressed. Close proximity to the A and many food options.
Cons
There was a rodent issue when I first moved in, but the board made a decision to install traps and have monthly pest control look into it. The windows are not well-insulated, so it is very cold when the temperature drops and gets very hot and humid in the summer.
