Great building, awful neighborhood
Pros
The super is on site and available all the time or on call. They clean the building often and repair things that need fixing in a timely fashion.
Cons
Being in a bad neighborhood, sometimes locals get in and smoke cigarettes in the staircase.

Horrible. Moving within the next three months

My Apartment. Livingroom is Big
Cons
No heat in winter the heat is on blast in the summer. Elevator has been out for three months now. Wires exposed where elevator button should be. Superintendent no longer mops halls. Lobby door is broken so anyone can come into building.
Advice to the owners
Fix the Elevator. Allow tenets to have heat in the winters
