Decent price, responsive super
Cons
Pest control is iffy, management takes awhile to get back to you, and the building isn’t really clean.

Various folks working the grounds are great
Cons
Management never responded in a timely manner, so every correspondence was phone tag for days until something eventually happened.
Advice to the owners
Don't be such a slumlord
