Clean building and cute apartment
Pros
Both the management and super were very responsive and will help to solve the problem without any BS. Straightforward. Love it.
Cons
The laundry Room can be improved but hey, at least there is laundry room in the building!
Advice to the owners
Invest to brighten up the hallway will really upgrade the whole look (and maybe laundry room).
