Management don’t care

Nice space for two bedroom and extra space needed
Cons
Management don’t care about your problems at all. You practically have to beg for some answers and state the law in order to get information out of them. As a tenant I barely have hot water and heat for 80% of my one year lease. The management thinks is “safe and livable” to live in an apartment during the cold winters without heat and hot water. The hot water and heat only came during the summer only. Superintendent is nice but doesn’t deal with any problems but cleaning up the trash.
Advice to the owners
Don’t tell lies to the tenant. Have someone on call during the weekend for emergencies. Don’t tell your tenants not to call 311 if you’re not going to fix the problems.
