Miss moving here!
Pros
Convenient location, clean for NYC, adequate heat, notices on water shut off etc always prompt with enough warning, nice tenants.
Cons
There were some loud tenants that the noise shook the building but it wasn’t constant.

Misleadingly Good Units
Pros
Good location, quiet neighborhood, near subway
Cons
Building management takes a while to fix things, no area to store trash so you have to hold it in your unit, things break weekly, poorly maintained building, no on site super, radiators are really old so they hiss loudly

Get a trash collection space
