Mice. Super loud. Sketchy people right outside. No way of knowing when heat will be on

The lobby is pretty, laundry in building, convenient location to transportation
Cons
There has been a lot of construction and it’s very loud. We have also had a couple of roaches and a mouse in our apartment.
