a fine enough place to live
Pros
nice land lady! edit she sold the building to new company and they are annoying, unresponsive and jacked up my rent an insane degree so I moved. they tried to keep my entire security deposit for dubious reasons but gave it back when we pointed out how absurd they being and told them we would take them to court and win. and they knee it too. don’t let them screw you like this too if you are reading this

sound proofing could be better, dated furnishings, no sunlight, too expensive, soulless corporate landlord
Advice to the owners
don’t jack the rent up by thousands of dollars and people might not want to move out. your “portal” sucks
