Great place, hot, invasive knotweed
Pros
Very large place! Great location!
Cons
The basement gets very hot during the winter. Be careful when going in the backyard--I locked myself out there once and had to have someone break into my apartment to rescue me! There's invasive Japanese knotweed in the backyard that gets closer to the house every year and is going to ruin the foundation, but the owner lives in California and "doesn't care" according to management.
Advice to the owners
Take care of the invasive knotweed before it completely ruins the home!
