Not bad for the price
Pros
Clean, never saw any pests, neighbors were quiet
Cons
General/main areas were not often cleaned, heat was barely on in the winter

Pros
Nice building, friendly neighbors, quiet area. Close to park.
Cons
Drainage issues, super is responsive but not actually proactive, trash gets taken out INSIDE of building on 2nd floor. Not stinky nor any pests but odd
Advice to the owners
Follow up with super on tenant requests
