Pretty good building
Pros
The building try’s to control cockroaches by coming to spray each apartment once a month. My apartment is pretty renovated and decent for a Brooklyn apartment. Close to the train and supermarkets.
Cons
Cockroaches Outside noise in the morning Parking is brutal (Brooklyn in general but this area specifically)

Great super + great location!
Pros
The building is located on a quieter street between larger avenues with access to a lot of great restaurants and stores. The supers are amazing and really do a great job at keeping the building clean and also helping with any issues we have.
Cons
The layout of the apartment is a little wonky. The walls are uneven which makes it hard to organize the layout of the apartment.
