Great Building, unhappy with owners
Pros
Good Building, warm in winter. Don’t hear too much noise from neighbors. Kitchen and bathroom is good and working condition
Cons
Bugs all over the kitchen, owner is unresponsive and doesn’t take care of it. Hallway is cleaned only when it starts smelling. Owner downstairs looks for excuses to make tenants clean the hallway. Garbage all over the place outside.
Advice to the owners
Clean up and it would be a great place to live.
