There are no Pros to share at this time.
Cons
Vermin Infrequent sanitizing of the common areas Heat is inconsistent Hot water inconsistent Apt repairs are non-existent.
Advice to the owners
Used to be a Great place to Live maintaining the property would increase Great environment and tenants.

The building was not clean, had problems with trash management, and the management team is not responsive.
