The Westport - Hell's Kitchen
Pros
Building management is very responsive. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Building, fitness center, business center and outdoor rooftop and patio are always clean.
Cons
The walls between apartments can be very thin and the sound can carry. There were times where we heard our neighbors even through the living room and into the bedroom.

Amazing luxury building with top notch service
Pros
very well maintained, doormen are all nice, handyman is super helpful, beautiful lobby, well-maintained common areas

a little far from subway
