I enjoyed renting here and then eventually buying a unit.

Great super and doormen and maintenance team. Well maintained facilities.
Cons
Neighborhood is terrible now. Bail bondsman in the building.
Horrible Management Company

Heating, garbage and pest control excellent.
Cons
Management takes its time to respond with 2 hour lunches with office closed and voicemail full. They just don't care about the tenants even if it is an emergency that can affect health and safety. My bathtub backed up with dirty water multiple times and Management didn't think it was an emergency. Walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear someone breathing in the next apartment. Keep away and don't waste your money.
Advice to the owners
Do you job and have some respect for the people who own and rent these apartments. You are not better than they are and would not want to be treated in the same way you treat them.
