short and sweet
Pros
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to the owners
Reach out to us if we call , Talk to the super about his job, Many seniors are living in building and need help

Well Maintained Co-op
Pros
Much of the building consists of owners, so they take great care in the upkeep and security of the building.
Cons
The block itself can be a little loud, and sound carries easily in the hallway. Also, there's laundry in the basement (which is great) though can be a little creepy at night.
Advice to the owners
None, good property.
