Very decent living experience

Pros

The building is maintained as best as possible. Always quick responses from super. Very few minimal pest problems (like bugs) and always resolved. Garbage never crazy looking

Cons

Not much to complain about, sometimes the lobby could be polished but nothing terrible

Advice to the owners

Invest in laundry in building, it’s be worth it.

Great neighborhood, poor management

Incredible neighbors, very quiet

Cons

Building manager not very responsive, or responsive in that he will insist your issue is "on his list". Or will claim that because it's a rent-stabilized building, they can't afford to fix. Fixes things cheaply so that they will soon break again.

Advice to the owners

It's a beautiful building with wonderful people. Deserves a better building manager.
