Bad Management, leaks

Pros

Price, location, size of rooms.

Cons

Pests, water leaks, no heat, package theft, loud neighbors, one guy whose mom lived in the building would yell homophobic slurs and spit in the lobby .

Advice to the owners

Fix underlying issues instead of just papering them over.
