Pros
The location was great! Has easy access to the subway, cultural institutions, and great views.
Cons
The building management is unresponsive at times, and also disorganized. On occasion, there is a roach infestation.
Advice to the owners
Evict the second floor smokers!

Great area but overpriced and outdated
Pros
Great neighborhood and nice space with street facing windows.
Cons
Super outdated, horrible painted, no amenities like laundry in building, smells like smoke
