It’s fine to live here but not a joy
Pros
The supers are amazing. Location is pretty good. Apartment is decent size.
Cons
Multiple plug sockets that don’t work. Water pressure is so bad the toilet won’t flush properly. Management is frustrating to deal with. Rats outside are a huge issue.
Advice to the owners
Do better.

Illegal occupancy
Pros
I guess they respond quick
Cons
Landlord has illegal occupancy in the basement. I live in the upper levels of the building but I’ve noticed 2 apartments down in the basement. I noticed because I just started washing my clothes down there.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be money hungry. This can get you in trouble.
