Older crowd and quiet streets
Pros
Quiet; peaceful; clean; laundry mat; garage; backyard.
Cons
Nosy neighbors; superintendent isn’t helpful; management is not responsive enough; heat is a huge issue.
Advice to the owners
Put on the heat, stop freezing us every winter.

Roaches & Racist
Pros
affordable, quiet, laundry in building
Cons
roaches everywhere, whole building wreaks of smoke, super has a nasty attitude and people are racist. quiet for the most part but laundry room is often used after hours.
Advice to the owners
stop trying to be a dictator.
