Great Bushwick apt building!

Pros

- Very well-maintained and clean building - Great apt layout, wonderful huge windows - In-unit washer dryer + dishwasher! - Great location - Great super

Cons

- Loud with the subway going right outside the bedroom window, but you get used to it - VERY hot during the summer if you don't install window AC units. This is because of huge south-facing windows
