Loved Living Here
Pros
Very clean and responsive landlord. Felt very safe in the space
Cons
We had a few issues with bugs and then general noise from the street was loud. Our unit was also dark

Definition of Ambivalent
Pros
Superintendent is responsive and cares about his job. Porters clean common areas regularly
Cons
Management office slow to respond. Implemented package room without telling anybody. My unit was barely turned when I moved in (not cleaned, prior tenant’s belongings were still there). Expensive for what you get, even by nyc standards
Advice to the owners
Identify issues more proactively, make meaningful repairs not band aids
