Nice building to live in

Laundry mat in the building and easy walk to supermarket

Communication and updating in the apartments is horrible

Building lacks cleanliness.
Pros
It was once a nice building but it is degrading every year.
Cons
There have been many cases of bed bugs throughout the building. The carpet is filthy and rarely cleaned by the porters.
Advice to the owners
Hire more porters who will clean the building regularly and thoroughly. Dirty tenants should be reprimanded.
