Great location, no real complaints
Pros
Great location, super does everything for the building, never had a package stolen, quiet, safe, online rent payments
Cons
no laundry toilets have issues all the time very small units expensive

Absent property owner. Didn’t respond for 1.5 months when calling and emailing about breaking my lease or subletting.
