Pros
when you have lived there more than 10 years rent is not so high kinda fair compared to todays market
Cons
up keep of the building the worse floors unlevel, always mice, water always cold, heat goes up n down just nasty all around didnt leave do to rent still low
Advice to the owners
need to upgrade building
