Worst building and neighborhood ever! Drug dealers and gangs and slumlord!

None. Even thr park infront is Infested with drugs and gangs!

Everything It's dangerous

Stop being a slumlord and fix the building and get rid of drug dealers

Wouldn't recommend anyone to move into this building

There is nothing I like about this building
Cons
Roach infestation, dirty hallways, very poor management, apartments falling apart no heat/hot water for long periods of time and it happens mainly in the winter there's so much wrong and management does not fix anything.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants the way they should be treated we pay a decent amount of rent to have to live the way we do.
