the management does respond but sometimes their solution to problems doesnt actually solve the issue. it is a nice building, relatively new

overpriced, laundry doesnt work

- nice apartment and renovated - responsive management

- constantly groups outside -sketchy vibes on the street - stairs weren’t cleaned much
