Overall good but management could be better
Pros
Quiet. Close to MTA. Well furnished.
Cons
Management is not responsive. Maintanance takes a long time.

Clean and new, but lacks security
Pros
Brand new and modern, kept very clean, almost everyone has a balcony or patio. Super is pretty responsive
Cons
Lots of package theft when I lived there in 2020 from lack of security and completely open package room that you could see from the street.
