There are no pros. Don’t move here

Cons

The rats are out of control. They are constantly around the building, and the super will do nothing to help you. The building is constantly filled with random homeless folks walking around, since the building is not adequately secured. A girl got assaulted in the building by one of the random vagrants, and management did nothing to fix it

Advice to the owners

Honestly, find a different industry. You are the scum of the Earth
