Worst building and management company
Pros
Location and honestly nothing else
Cons
No heat and hot water for MONTHS and did nothing to address the situation despite complaining and following up regularly. They finally fixed it only after a film crew showed up to ask the manager what was going on. Had mice for months and homeless people broke into the building all the time. Elevator also shut down while people were in it multiple times
Advice to the owners
Stop being a slum lord

I had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms.

Everything was in disrepair
Advice to the owners
Paint the hallways. Move recycling outside. Install new intercom system. Hire a new super.
