- location - 5 bedrooms for the price of 4
Cons
- terrible management - roof is leaking and ceiling is cracking
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive with your tenants and hire a new landlord

great location, lots of natural light
Cons
no elevator or laundry, landlord/leasing office extremely unresponsive, got deposit back but it took about 6 weeks
