The High’s and Low’s of Bushwick
Pros
The landlord is sweet and listens and responds quick. Theres only 4 units total so barely anyone in the building and those who live here are super nice. Got a good rate too. Close to everything fun in the area. Theres a pizza shop and a laundromat attached to the building.
Cons
Super loud. Like, really loud. There’s dudes with a boombox blaring music and yelling almost all day. Cars are constantly honking, loud pipe bikes driving by constantly. Also, no mail box. Getting mail is a hassle. It gets lost easily. Local grocery store is mad expensive. The trash seems like you just leave it with someone else’s building? I once got scolded for leaving the trash out like I wasn’t supposed to be.
