Good building overall
Pros
Very quiet, walls are thick enough to not hear neighbors, high ceilings and good light, not many pest issues for an old building (at least my unit), packages never get taken
Cons
Elevator is slow, radiator can be too hot in winter, my floors are old and have nails sticking out/ creak incessantly

Good place to live
Pros
Safe, great neighborhood, responsive nice landlord
Cons
Super not so nice, came many times due to ongoing mouse issue and didnt help, gave lots of attitude, eventually we found the hole ourselves and fixed it. Packages stolen regularly.
