Nice Building, Clean, Friendly Management Company

Pros

Building is clean, apartments are nice and each has it's own private balcony. Laundry in the building is a plus. The management company is friendly and the super is responsive to requests.

Water pressure can sometimes be a hit or miss

Water pressure issue and elevator jolts when it stops
