Great apartment great neighborhood
Pros
Building is well maintained, garage in the basement and a small laundry room. Super is very nice and fast. Landlord also very nice and responds quickly.
Cons
Our apartment is right above the garage so the garage door noise comes through here and there. Not really a con to us we’ve gotten used to it.

Good Building, noisy
Pros
- convenient location - spacious - lots of closet space - clean building - decent street parking on this block
Cons
- Backs up to Katch Astoria (if in a rear apt lots of weekend noise) - Outdated light fixtures, cabinets, appliances - Heat not included in rent
Advice to the owners
Soundproof glass for rear apartments.
