The building is located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in the heart of Cobble Hill, offering a quiet and picturesque setting. The neighborhood is full of charm, with plenty of local cafes, boutiques, and restaurants just a short walk away. The apartments have a classic brownstone feel, featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, and unique architectural details that add character.
Cons
The building is older and could use some updates, particularly in the common areas and building exterior. Noise from the street can occasionally be an issue, especially during busier times of the day.

Quiet, beautiful brownstone on beautiful Cobble Hill street! Landlady is sweet and caring. She had a beautiful garden that we had access too. Could store bikes outside under an overhang. She carefully approves anyone moving in so there were always respectful, good people in the other apartments that respected the space.
Cons
There were mice but nothing out of control!
