Former tenant·4 months ago

A building with so much promise - I wish I could recommend!

Pros

The unit was really well sound proofed, couldn’t hear neighbor noise and minimal street noise Unit appliances are good quality Gym is quality Maintenance team was great Doormen are so friendly, really quality guys

Cons

-#1 issue!! Management is completely unresponsive! -Hallway carpets in need of cleaning, lots of staining - Unit was very hot (76,77) during the winter, even with heat turned down low/off. Must have been getting heat from neighboring units. -Didn’t have any bugs for majority of lease, saw a roach and have heard a neighboring unit has serious roach issue

Advice to the owners

You need to be better at replying to tenants, this has become so bad :( If you only follow cost savings it will drive you into the ground.

Building Overheats and Low Floors get a lot of street noise

Pros

Nice building. Lots of staff. Good curb appeal.

Cons

The landlord intentionally overheats the building to stop their pipes from freezing because they have an outdated system. The buildings elevators are terrible and often breakdown which leads to really long wait times.
