Great landlord but building needs work
Pros
Very response landlord/live in. If you have a problem he will address it quickly. Was flexible with rent during covid.
Cons
High Coned bills every month (all seasons). Apartment heaters ever worked well
Advice to the owners
Upgrade the building and you could increase rent exponentially.
