Not bad especially for rent stabilized
Pros
Elevators always work, entrance and hallways pretty clean, walls extremely thick, plenty of heat in fall and winter, quiet neighbors. Management company was okay on lease renewals and good about getting full security deposit back. Live in super was a good guy and very helpful for apartment issues.
Cons
Typical pre-war stuff - low electricity capacity, no laundry on site, small windows make window ac units difficult. Apartment was broken into once but nothing stolen.
Management not responsive

Building is well kept in a good location. Responsive super.
Cons
Management and broker were very slow to respond to concerns. Apartment was not fully ready for me during move- in. It was dirty and the radiator cover was randomly standing in a different room from where it belonged. Apartment front door too short, I had to cover the gap myself.
Advice to the owners
Prepare apartments better for new tenants.
