So far so good?
Pros
Spacious with rooftop and back garden access Friendly neighbors Close to myrtle station
Cons
Management slow to respond and doesn’t seem to check ticket requests to fix the house so you have to call Once you call though they’re pretty prompt
Advice to the owners
Please check the tickets!

Great rooftop views. Modern building. Laundry in basement
Cons
Small bedrooms. Can't adjust AC for each room, only the whole apartment
