Great location, decent price
Pros
Location is great. Updated units with w/d and dishwasher.
Cons
The building is old so that comes with quirks. Management is usually quick to respond though
Advice to the owners
Exterminator should come more often over the summer

Overall great experience
Pros
The building is exceptionally quiet with kind neighbors. The apartments are clean and well-maintained with recent renovations.
Cons
Getting ahold of the super is not the fastest.

I think the units are a little overpriced
