Pros
Rarely saw a pest, fairly quiet street, pretty clean, garbage always sorted out
Cons
Neighbors can be lively and walk in shoes, can hear every footstep. Sometimes too hot sometimes too cold. Not a problem because of the building but very narrow street, often accidents and hit and runs to parked cars.
