Pros
Everything is near bus, train, store's and to wash clothes it's in the basement...... I also control the heat......
Cons
Management will not reach out right away and the super can be lazy.....
Advice to the owners
Reach out to us if we call , Talk to the super about his job, Many seniors are living in building and need help

There was bed bugs, mice, roaches, loud music party speakers all night till 4 in the morning
