Great if you are a clean tenant
Pros
Convenient location, 24 hr doorman is great for food and package delivery, onsite gym, short walk to the train, surrounded by good restaurants, pleasant walk to Central Park
Cons
If you leave food out, you will have mice. I kept the apartment clean and only had a singular rodent incident one evening when I left pizza out in the kitchen.

Aggressive rent increases and mediocre super
Pros
The apartments themselves are wonderful, the street is the loveliest in New York, and it’s super convenient for subways
Cons
Management company is the worst, steep rent increases, super is subpar
