Great building on quiet block, loud neighbors
Pros
Landlords are responsive and reasonable. Super is very helpful and nice, able to fix most problems on his own.
Cons
Next door neighbors can be loud in the warmer weather when hosting parties in their backyard.

When something breaks, don’t do the bare minimum to fix it and not compensate your tenants for the inconvenience
